I have eight years’ experience as a clinical therapist, three years as a clinical supervisor. In addition to my clinical experience I have over ten years’ experience with different ministries, including pastoral counseling, youth ministries, jail ministry and recovery ministry. I am also a veteran with over 20 years of service and person who has recovered from addiction with over 29 years of sobriety; my passion is to help people get unstuck and experience everything life has to offer. Avid runner completed nine marathons and working on more goals related to running, fitness, spirituality, and education.
Services Provided: Therapy for PTSD, anxiety, addiction or other stress related problems. One of my approaches to therapy is Somatic Experiencing (SE); this form of therapy is aimed at relieving and resolving the symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, addiction and other mental and physical trauma-related problems by focusing on the client’s perceived body sensations (or somatic experiences).
Fee for Service: Self Pay $90.00 – $110.00

Education/Training: I am a graduate of Boise State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Communication with a minor in psychology; I went on to earn my Masters of Arts is in Counseling with emphasis on addiction. Continued studies through Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute and earned a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) certification after a 260-hour intense study.
